Genesis Block Ventures is a venture capital firm making investments related to blockchain technology, digital currency, and cryptocurrency. This includes investments in game developers, especially those that utilize blockchain technology. The company has invested in over 200 companies and currently has around $100 million under their management. The GBV mission reads:

The firm was founded in October 2020, by Leslie Tam. GBV works with Genesis Block HK, the Hong Kong-based digital asset OTC trading center. The firm functions as an incubator offering support to blockchain related projects in all stages of their development. GBV offers clients services in networking, liquidating and trading, product design and content creation. GBV recently acquired the OMG Network, which is a value transfer network for Ethereum.
