Facteus

Facteus is a provider of financial data business intelligence (BI) solutions for processors, investment companies, financial institutions, and retail corporations. Founded 2010 in Beaverton, Oregon by Jonathan Chin, Facteus can transform raw transaction data from legacy technologies into information, which enables companies to make business decisions, automate manual operational tasks and optimize their data strategies. The company provides source data from billions of transactions to financial services companies to deliver insights that can be used for machine learning, artificial intelligence, data monetization and other strategic use.

In April 2020, Facteus launched a new analytics tool for users called Enlightmint, which provides analysts with consumer transactional data directly from financial institutions and payment companies. Enlightmint sources its data from 730 merchants and 270 public companies. The tool won the financial technology blog, Tearsheet's Best New Alternative Data Product award.
