Elpha is an online platform started in 2019, for women in the tech sector. Elpha is a private community where members come for personal and professional development, to start companies, find support, and make friends .

Users contribute advice, collaborate on projects, and help each other find new career opportunities. Users can also contribute interesting articles, ask for professional and personal advice, or offer support.

For public posts, members have the option to use pen names that are different from their Elpha usernames. Profile badges are offered as a way to acknowledge members for their contributions. Elpha also allows anonymous contributions with full user identity protection. These contributions aren't linked to the user accounts, and cannot be deleted or edited by the author through the platform.
