Nina Mikhailovna Doroshina (December 3, 1934, Losinoostrovsk, Moscow Region, USSR - April 21, 2018, Moscow) - Soviet and Russian theater and film actress, teacher; People's Artist of the RSFSR (1985).
She was born in Losinoostrovsk near Moscow [1] (currently Babushkinsky and Losinoostrovsky districts of the North-East Administrative Okrug of Moscow). My father worked as an appraiser and sorter at the Rostokinsk fur factory. Before the war, the family moved to Iran, where his father was engaged in the purchase of furs for the Red Army. Nina spent almost all her childhood in Iran, where she mastered the languages of Farsi and Turki (the language of the Turkic aristocracy, the Qajar dynasty that ruled Iran until 1925). After the war, the family returned to Moscow.
In 1956 she graduated from the Boris Shchukin Theater School (course of Vera Lvova and Vladimir Moskvin). Vera Karpova, Inna Ulyanova, Alexander Shirvindt, Lev Borisov studied with her.
Дебютировала на сцене Московского театра «Современник» 11 января 1958 года: её ввели в спектакль «В поисках радости» по пьесе Виктора Розова, поскольку требовалось заменить исполнительницу роли Веры — одноклассницы Олега Савина (герой Олега Табакова).
С 1959 года служила в театре «Современник».
С 1981 года преподавала в Театральном институте имени Бориса Щукина.
On the night of April 21, 2018, she complained of pain in her heart. Neighbors called doctors, but it was too late. The actress died that day at her home in Moscow, at the age of 84. The cause of death was a heart attack. The funeral service took place on April 24, 2018 at the Sovremennik Theatre. She was buried at the Pyatnitsky cemetery in Moscow.
