Innovation Projects: Innovation Projects are three-month full-time internships where students from all faculties will be challenged to create innovative solutions for industry-mandated projects.

District 3 offers a range of services leveraging university talent and ecosystem to provide experiential value and experience for students while helping entrepreneurs execute on their innovations.

Startup Incubator: Startup Incubator: District 3 offers startup programs where entrepreneurs gain the tools, resources and knowledge at every stage of their development -- whether it's validating their ideas and business model, developing the first marketable prototype or acquiring new customers.

Research Commercialization: District 3 provides services for researchers to develop and commercialize a product derived from life sciences or engineering innovations. By offering access to experts, coaches, and mentors, the program provides researchers with customized content and guidance based on their needs and stage of development. District 3's level 1 Biolab offers researchers the equipment needed to work on their projects.
