Dijon FCO

French football club from the city of the same name. Founded in 1998 as a result of the merger of the clubs "Circle Dijon" and "Dijon FC". Home matches are held at the Stade Gaston Gerard, which can accommodate more than 15,000 spectators.

In the 2010/11 season, the club took 3rd place in Ligue 2 and for the first time in its history won a ticket to Ligue 1. The club failed to gain a foothold in the elite division and the team started the 2012/13 season already in Ligue 2. In the 2015/16 season, finishing in 2nd place, the club again received the right to play in Ligue 1. Now the club again plays in Ligue 2.
