Truck Doctor is CoconutSilo's truck maintenance platform. It can be downloaded as a mobile app and be used to make an appointment with a mechanic for a commercial truck by using a booking system. There is also a feature that shows the user an estimate of how much the repairs will cost. The app then gives the driver or owner of the truck updates on the repairs and sends notifications in real time.

CocoTruck is the company's logistics platform. It can also be used via mobile application and allows users to schedule cargo transportation by entering a pick-up and drop-off address as and information such as the pick-up date and size and weight of the cargo. Users are given real-time updates on the status of the transport on the app. There is also a feature that shows drivers the optimal route to take when transporting goods.
