1987 - The Mariinsky Posad branch of the Chuvashkabel plant was put into operation.

1997 - VS 900/6 and ATPM 3 are put into operation

The construction of the Cheboksary plant of cable products was provided for by the Decree of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR "On measures of assistance in the further development of the economy and culture of the Chuvash ASSR" dated July 30, 1959. On August 2, 1960, the Council of the National Economy of the Chuvash Economic Administrative Region adopted a resolution "On the organization of a cable plant in the city of Cheboksary."

The plant's birthday is December 12, 1961. It was on this day that the plant produced its first product.

During the Soviet period, the enterprise specialized in the production of miniature and subminiature cable products, and was also the only industrial-scale manufacturer of heat-resistant radio-frequency cables with continuous fluoroplastic insulation.

On the basis of the order of Aviatekhpriemka JSC, Moscow No. 12 dated 06.02.2010. from 01.04.2010 JSC "Plant Chuvashkabel" organized technical acceptance for the fulfillment of orders (for aviation industry enterprises) with "Aviatechpriemka".
