Chart Venture Partners is an early-stage venture capital fund company that invests in security-related technologies that have government and commercial uses. It also supports late-stage ventures.

The company has a $80M venture capital fund that it uses to support security-related technologies with government and commercial applications. It was built through a collaboraton between the Chart Group and InSitech, Inc, a non-profit commercial partnership that is an intermediary of the U.S. Army's Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal.

CVP sold 100% of its remaining assets in 2018.
