In this warm and modern atmosphere, pastries in the shape of flowers are king and the pastry chefs are kings! The customers are treated to a veritable ballet: baking, assembly and minute poaching.

And to set the pace? Who better than the conductor Yohann Caron who has been working with Cédric Grolet for ten years now.

The day is regulated like music paper and divided into sequences.

No more bread with chocolate sleeping in the corner of the window all day, here we fight against waste and overconsumption.

All our creations are produced on site, the quantities are limited and defined by our production capacity. You don't need to be told: quality rhymes with limited quantity! And that's what we want to offer you, the freshness of a pastry straight from the oven or a pastry made by the minute that is eternally inimitable... to live a unique experience.

From Wednesday to Sunday, the shop opens its doors at 9.30 am with the first batch of pastries and then the sandwich of the day at 12 noon. The shop has 40 seats on the first floor and welcomes you for your breakfasts, lunches, snacks... if you haven't had the time to reserve your flowers on our website, don't panic, pastries are also available to take away.

But all good things must come to an end and our doors close at 6pm!
