BioVeda China Fund or commonly known as BVCF Management is a Shanghai-based international capital venture firm investing in life sciences industry in China and the United States. Dr. Zhi Yang founded BVCF in 2005, which was the first US dollar fund that focused on life sciences and healthcare in China. The fund focuses on fields including healthcare services, innovative biologic drugs, in-vitro diagnostics (molecular diagnostics), high-value medical equipment, consumables, medical big data, and mobile medicine. The funds are managed under international fund governance rules.
