In 2012, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee for his great contribution to the organization and development of the enterprise for the production of cable products.

In 2013 he became a laureate of the honorary title "Person of the Year of the Vitebsk Region - 2012".

From March 1, 2010 to the present, Andrey Stanislavovich has been holding the post of General Director of the Energokomplekt Production Association Limited Liability Company.

Andrey Stanislavovich Avko, General Director of OOO PO Energokomplekt, was born on May 2, 1975 in the city of Vitebsk.

In 1997 he graduated from the Vitebsk State Technological University with a degree in Economics and Management in the Household, Housing and Communal and Urban Services.

The total work experience of Andrey Stanislavovich is 26 years. After graduating from the university, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus. On September 26, 2000, he was hired by OOO PO Energokomplekt as an accountant for material accounting. In 2001 he was transferred as an economist, and in September 2002 he was appointed head of the planning and production bureau. From April 2003 to February 2010 he worked as director of economics.
