Automata is a London-based company specializing in producing affordable robotics which are meant to replace physical labor in places such as labs, classrooms, and production lines.

Product

The company has a product known as "Eva", which is a programmable robot that can be used to help automate production lines. Eva is a light-weight robotic with six arms. The product comes with a power supply, emergency stop button, user manual, and brake release elver. There is also software available with the product. The software is called "Choreograph" and allows for the user to program the robot to do tasks specific to their context.

Eva is capable of conducting quality control tasks, moving goods or material in spaces, and making coffee.The company's stated goal is to replace tasks, not employees. The hope is to automate menial tasks so that employees can be put to better use in other capacities. Eva is available throughout Europe and has additional accessories which can be purchased through the company.
