Assetto Corsa is powered by an advanced DirectX 11 game engine that delivers immersive experiences, dynamic lighting, and realistic materials and surfaces. The advanced physics engine is designed to provide ultra-realistic driving that includes the characteristics and features of real cars, not previously used in any racing simulator. For example, tire wear and thermal conductivity simulation including graining and bubbling, high-level aerodynamics simulation: moving aerodynamic parts controlled in real time by telemetry input channels, hybrid systems with kinetic energy recovery and general energy recovery simulation. Both single and multiplayer modes are rich in the smallest details, and exclusive licensed cars are reproduced with maximum accuracy - all thanks to official cooperation with car manufacturers.

The ASSETTO CORSA simulator was created in the development department of KUNOS Simulazioni, whose office is located very close to the Vallelunga circuit, which allows the team to improve the game by interacting with real drivers and racing teams.

LEGENDARY ROUTES

The tracks are copied from the real ones using laser scanning technology, which guarantees the maximum approximation to real racing conditions.

In the simulator you can find the tracks of Monza, Silverstone, Imola, Mugello, Spa, Brands Hatch and many others, as well as a historical reproduction of Monza, which gives a second wind to the legendary Sopraelevata, an oval-shaped track where races were held until 1961.

GAMEPLAY AND FEATURES

Assetto Corsa features a Career Mode, a selection of unique events and challenges, and fully customizable single and multiplayer modes including Quick Runs, Custom Matches, Free Practice Race Weekends, Qualifiers and Races. Races, drifting competitions and more! Four driving profiles (Player, Racer, Pro and a fully customizable profile) provide any player with a comfortable simulation environment.

Improved settings and telemetry for data analysis; change in the state of rubber adhering to the track, depending on the number of laps completed; time-of-day mode, in which the position of the sun is calculated in real time depending on the geographical coordinates of the track and the curve of the sun according to the time and date - all to obtain the same lighting conditions as on real tracks!

MODIFICATION AND CUSTOMIZATION

Assetto Corsa provides a high level of adaptability and modification, meeting the expectations of both professional players with progressive driving skills and hobbyists who simply enjoy playing and using their cars and tracks.
