In 2011, NSI acquired Razor, a marketing strategy and customer engagement agency based in Dallas.In 2012, KRG Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm made an investment in Ansira.In October 2015, Ansira acquired SQ1, a digital marketingdigital marketing and analytics agency based in Dallas for about $55 million.Then, in December 2016, Advent International purchased Ansira from KRG capital, who exited as a result of the sale.
