Andrey Berezin is the Managing Director of Raison Asset Management (RAM), a BVI FSC and USSEC regulated company established in 2015 with offices in Moscow, Tallinn and San Francisco.

The company started with asset management in the US market. In 2017, the company turned its attention to the late-stage private company market. To date, the fund's portfolio includes more than 20 private companies, including well-known SpaceX, AirBnb, Robinhood, Kraken, and less popular companies Samsars, Blend, NerdWallet

In the market for investments in private companies at the pre-ipo stage, there are some problems from clients:
