In 2004, McCollum was attending college at Harvard when he was approached by Mark ZuckerbergMark Zuckerberg to create the design logo for Facebook. He was a part of the company until 2006, when he decided to return to Harvard to complete his Bachelor's degree. In 2014, he startedthe company Philo, a live-streaming television service for college students.
