Born on April 10, 1977 in Izhevsk.
After graduating from high school, she entered Izhevsk College of Psychology. Six months later she joined regional television, where she worked as a news reporter for three years. At the same time, she hosted an author's program with Russian show business and movie stars who came to Izhevsk on tour.
In 1996 she entered Moscow State University of Culture and Arts (majoring in Film and TV Management). Then, she worked on the information and entertainment program "Vesti at 11" on the RTR television channel, prepared special reports from Russian cities for the program "Vesti PRO".
From 1998 to 2001, she worked on the information and entertainment programme Day by Day (TV-6). For a year she was the host of the national contest "Girl 2000" - together with the country searched for the most interesting, beautiful, intelligent girl of the century. She was also the host of "The Wet T-shirt Show" and "The Thing". Then she created her own author's program "Working Noon", which she dedicated to people working in weaving factories, bakeries, in the Metrostroy.
From 2001 to 2002, together with Anatoliy Kuzichev, she hosted the information and entertainment programme Big Swimming on the Third Channel (TRVK Moskovia), which had some of its airtime on the TVC channel in Moscow (a number of sources incorrectly state that the programme was on the TVC channel).
Since 2002, she has been a presenter of the program Morning Russia (formerly Good Morning Russia!) on the Rossiya 1 channel.
In 2007, she won a prize at the European television competition Erasmus euromedia award for the film Phenomenal Twins, or How Ours Conquered Eurovision - in the category "Best Social Project".
From 2009 to 2014 - author and presenter of the program "One on the Planet" of the TV channel "My Planet".
2010 - at the XIV Congress of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS), held in St. Petersburg and dedicated to the 165th anniversary of the RGS, Vladimir Putin noted an honorary diploma for the documentary film "Tiksi - the territory of permafrost".
2011 - was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the 2nd degree.
February 2012 - Assistant to the President of the Russian Geographical Society for Information Policy[8]. In this capacity since mid-2015, she has been presenting a specialized block of questions for the program "Your Game" on NTV.
On June 25, 2015, she won the TEFI-2015 award (together with Vladislav Zavyalov) in the category "Morning Program Host" in the "Daytime Broadcasting" category.
In 2017, his son Artemy was born
