YouTube Create is a free video editing app made by YouTube. Launched on September 21, 2023, YouTube Create allows users to film and edit videos on their smartphones, and they can be directly published to YouTube. The app is currently in beta and is free to download on Android from the Google Play Store in the US, the UK, Germany, France, Indonesia, India, Korea, and Singapore.

YouTube Create gives users access to filters, effects, and royalty-free music to make Shorts (YouTube's short-form videos similar to TikToks) or longer videos. The app also allows users to automatically add captions, remove unwanted audio, or add sound effects. YouTube Create is seen as a competitor to TikTok, which also allows users to film and edit short-form videos directly on the app.
