Wesabe

Wesabe was a San Francisco-based company that operated from 2005 to 2010. In 2015, Due acquired the company. It had a finance management platform that could be accessed via its website. The platform gave customized financial advice based on each user's finances and also based off of the historical data of all users on the platform.

The web application allowed for users to enter their financial data to be stored on the web so that financial advice could be given based off of that information. The information was also used as a part of Wesabe's database so that it could be analyzed to give other users advice. Information could be uploaded using browser snapshots of transactions such as credit card data and payment history. The website also had user forums, where users could discuss topics, such as ways to save money.

It was capable of being run on various systems, including Linux, Windows, or Mac. Users could access the platform using extensions of their browsers, such as Firefox.
