Overview
Urban Connect AG is a mobility platform. UC is an app-based booking platform that provides bikes, e-bikes, e-scooters and e-cars (Tesla model 3, BMW i3, Renault Zoe, and more). Their services are available for personal use and for use by businesses and corporations. Services include insurance and they provide a variety of subscription options.
The company was founded by Judith Häberli and Robert Ruttmann in 2013 with the goal of lowering emissions—a passion both founders share. They currently have around 6,500 users. Some of their larger clients include Inclenia, BBVA, Morningstar, Waleda, Zurich, Avalog, Hilti, Sonova, Roche, Bosch, The Valley, Lindt & Sprungli, and Spital Mannedorf.
