Terrene

Terrene is a company that has developed an artificial intelligence engine designed to help businesses. The company was founded by Khashayar Pourdeilami, Francois le Roux and Cameron Mills in 2015, in Ontario, Canada.

The platform that Terrene offers is meant to cut time businesses spend on modeling data, so that business spend 5 minutes collecting important data points. The platform is capable of creating predictive models, scheduling automatic model training, create live dashboards, process unstructured text data, and integrating API directly into workflows. The software costs $150 per month for each individual user.

Terrene's public software (costing $150/month), is a desktop SaaS version of their machine-learning platform. The company had participated in the Class 100 - IoT 2017 Q3 cohort of Techstars and raised an estimated $100,000. This seed money is what has enabled Terrene to begin searching for employees, and is what will help launch their public software. Their original target market is within the automotive industry.

On July 10, 2017 Terrene announced raising $100,000 in pre-seed funding from Techstars IoT and Techstars.
