TELFAR

TELFAR is a unisex apparel line established in New York City in 2005 by Telfar Clemens.

TELFAR was established in 2005 after its eponymous founder, Telfar Clemens, decided to design genderless clothes. As a child, he had wanted to wear clothes from the girl's section of stores but wasn't allowed to. As a result, he wanted to design gender-neutral clothes.

TELFAR sells clothing, shoes, and accessories, including hats, belts, bags, jewelry, and more. TELFAR's most popular product is its Shopping Bag line, which has been widely carried by popular and notable people such as Oprah and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. When new bag sales launch, they are usually sold out in minutes. Due to TELFAR's presence and high popularity in New York, its bag has been called the "Bushwick Birkin." TELFAR bags are seen as an affordable luxury bag in comparison to higher-end brands like Hermès and Gucci.
