Medicover Holding was founded in 1995 in Poland. He later began working in Germany, Romania, Ukraine and India. The network includes outpatient clinics, hospitals, specialized institutions and laboratories, which are divided into two areas: health care service and diagnostic service. The health care service includes medical services: from primary to specialized medical care and inpatient treatment.

Synevo laboratories operate in Germany, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia and has more than 90 laboratories in Europe and 7 laboratories in Ukraine. In Ukraine, there are laboratories in Kyiv, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Odesa, Kharkiv, Lviv and Chernivtsi, and a network of 240 laboratory centers in 90 cities has been established.
