Storage Made Easy provides a cloud service broker platform for public and private data either as SaaS or a hybrid on-premise solution.

Storage Made Easy is the trading name of Vehera LTD which is a UK based company engaged in the enterprise file sharing and synchronization space. The company provides a solution that targets multi-cloud data management, data sharing, and data protection. Its product, the Enterprise File Fabric, unifies data from different sources to provide governance, audit, and security across a unified data set.

Storage Made Easy was set up in 2009 by Ian Osborne and Jim Liddle who bootstrapped the initial operations and later went for an angel investment of $2.5 million. In 2015, it earned 140% growth in revenues with quarterly projected growth of 30% for 2015-16. It achieved profitability by quarter 4 in 2010. The product roots in synchronization and sharing which was initially built to support Amazon Web Services. Storage Made Easy had about 120000 consumers and 350 small businesses using their platform by 2011. The company raised a £3 million series A round in March 2018.

SME unifies on-premises and on-cloud data into a single accessible workspace. The product can be used for data backup from one data source to another. It consolidates data to enable a single point of legislative compliance and security by offering protection against threats such as ransomware attacks and compliance regimes such as GDPR.
