Retailo

Retailo is a B2B startup in MENAP (Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan). The company was founded in July 2020 by former Careem executives Talha Ansari, Wahaj Ahmed and Mohammad Nowkhaiz. Retalio's focus is to provide inventory management and other services to retailers through their online platform and mobile app. The app is designed to digitize retail supply chains for small and medium enterprises (SME) primarily working with small grocery stores in MENAP. Retailo acts as networking tool, allowing manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers access to suppliers and delivery options all in one place.

Retailo has raised $45 million in less than a year and a half of operations thanks to a diverse group of international investors that include institutions from Silicon Valley, the UK, and GCC and also high net worth individuals (HNWs).

Retalio is headquartered in Riyadh and operational in multiple markets in MENAP. The company provides services to over 35,000 active retailers that can access more than 2,000 SKUs from the Retailo app. Retailo’s 500+ colleagues are spread across multiple cities in MENAP. Retailo has partnered with retailers such as Coca Cola, Hilal, Maersk, Vital Tea, and L'oreal.
