Relode is an Healthcare recruiting company founded in 2014 and launched in 2015 that utilizes a crowd-sourcing model. The website offers job openings for nurses, physicians and healthcare IT professionals who can either look for jobs or refer people for positions to earn a reward.
According to Recruiting Daily, Relode’s marketplace is similar to what Shipt was doing before Target acquired it—using healthcare employers, healthcare employees and agents. Anyone can join the platform as an agent to make referrals in exchange for payment.
Relode was founded by Matt Tant, who graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in human organizational development.
In November 2017, Relode was valued by regulators at $8.1 million.
In April 2019, Relode was ranked the 8th fastest growing company in Tennessee by GrowJo with total funding listed at $9.5 million.
