QuantumX

QuantumX is a venture capital and private equity subsidiary of Machine Capital and operates as an incubator and venture creation studio. They were developed as a split-joint venture with Cambridge Quantum Computing, a developer of commercialization tools for quantum computers with an understanding of quantum protocols and quantum algorithms. Machine Capital focuses on investment and incubation in quantum and artificial intelligence ventures. Their other ventures are split into MachineX which invests in machine and deep learning investments and EndeavourX which works to incubate initiatives focused on ways to augment human performance and endeavours.

QuantumX looks to invest in quantum scientists, start ups and early stage businesses and works to accelerate them through a 20 week incubation process towards follow on funding. QuantumX wants to incubate and invest at the earliest point of a quantum computing based business. QuantumX wants to create the quantum computing companies that they feel will be able to change industries in the future.
