Next Wave Impact is a Colorado-based venture capital firm trying to increase the participation of women in early-stage venture capital investing. It aims to bring diversity in the venture capital industry by providing education on the investment process and investment opportunities in startups. It seeks to invest in companies involved with health and wellness, education, finance, community development, information technology and business products and services. Alicia Robb founded the company in 2015. The company started with pilot studies in the United States and Europe with plans to grow its angel community in Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. As of 2020, the company has made 32 investments with 27 portfolio companies and four exits.
