Nelson Riddle

Nelson Riddle, born Nelson Smock Riddle Jr. on June 1, 1921, was a person known for his work as a bandleader, composer, musician, and actor, who achieved success in various industries including movies, cinematography, and the film industry. Throughout his career, Riddle explored diverse genres of music such as jazz, big band, and traditional pop music. He was born in Oradell, New Jersey, and held citizenship in the United States.

Nelson Riddle received his education at both Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School and Ridgewood High School in New Jersey. Throughout his career, Riddle earned various accolades, including the Grammy Award for Best Arrangement, Instrumental and Vocals. He passed away on October 6, 1985, in Los Angeles.
