Mayfair Equity Partners is a private equity and venture capital firm headquartered in London, England. It was established in 2014 by Daniel Sasaki, Waqqas Ahmed, Bertie Aykroyd, and Kunal Dasgupta. It makes buyouts and growth stage capital investments in technology, media, telecommunications, and consumer industry companies.
The company's investment strategy is centered on its responsible investment values in which environment, social and governance factors are taken into account prior to making an investment. Mayfair Equity Partners is a signatory of the United Nation's Principals for Responsible Investment.
In 2018, it was announced that the firm was attempting to raise £600 million for its second fund. In January 2019, it was announced that the firm was closing its second fund at £650 million.
