Vlad Martynenko, 18, is one of the few young designers who make full-fledged designer bows. While competitors borrow shoes from Converse or ask models to come in "their own," he creates cool leather booties that complement his cocoon coats, vinyl leather skirts, grunge capes and tops like those from horror movies.
