Kakao Ventures is a South Korea based venture capital firm. They prefer early-stage investments in mobile and software companies. They have $200 million in assets under management. Kakao Ventures is fully owned by Kakao Corporation but operates independently. They were renamed to Kakao Ventures from K Cube Ventures in March of 2018.

Investment

Kakao Ventures has made investments in Smart Radar System, Selecstar.ai, The Minerva Project, Jaranda, Standigm, Mojo Vision, Terra, Eineblume, Lunimedia, DOJO Madness and Open The Table.

Kakao Ventures has exited their investments in Kids Note, Red Sahara Studio and O'ol Blue.
