Jon Damush is the CEO of Iris Automation, taking the position in October 2020.
Damush was previously senior director of New Business Ventures at Boeing's NeXt business unit from November 2018 to October 2020. He began his career at Fightertown Entertainment, working as production manager from 1993 to 1995.
After earning his MBA in 2000, Damush held positions as vice president and president of multiple companies including VICON Motion Systems, 2d3 Inc. and Institu Inc.
Damush attended Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Burlington County, New Jersey. He achieved his Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, while playing shortstop for the Anteaters from 1988 to 1992. After completing his undergrad, Damush attended UC Irvine's Paul Merage School to earn his MBA in 2000.
