JobzMall is an Irvine, California-based company developing a video-first talent marketplace. JobzMall's structure is a virtual and interactive shopping mall, composed of different buildings segmented by industries. Job seekers can navigate the mall, learn about new industries, and passively "window-shop" or actively engage. If clients need direction or coaching, they can meet their Career Genius, a career coaching service provided on JobzMall.
