Then in 2005, Hubwoo bought Houston-based Trade Ranger who specialized in oil and gas online procurement.In 2014, Hubwoo formed a strategic partnership with GEP in order to solidify more reporting and analytics in the eProcurement software industry.
In 2015, Hubwoo was acquired by Perfect Commerce
