Grafterr is a tech company developing point-of-sale systems, payments, digital ordering, and operations management software products. The tools developed by Grafterr are primarily tailored to suit the needs of companies in the hospitality industry, specifically the food and beverage and home delivery industries.
The company was founded in 2018 by Bhas Kalangi, who also serves as the chief executive officer. Originally known as ePOS Hybrid, the company rebranded to Grafterr in February 2023. Grafterr is headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, with an additional office in London.
In March 2023, Grafterr launched its payment app, Grafterr GO!. The app allows users to take payments for products and services directly from their phones without the need for an additional card reader or point of sale (POS) system.
