Global Cleantech Capital is an Amsterdam-based growth capital company that invests in businesses in the clean energy and technology sectors. Founded 2006 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, The Netherlands, it is a government office and a private equity firm that invests in late stage ventures. It usually invests in seed rounds, Series C and private equity rounds. Its portfolio companies include Eyefreight (a transportation management software), kWhOURS (a product/service that increases efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs in the energy auditing process) and NanoGram (a company that develops and manufactures photovoltaic electronics and displays).
