G Square is a private equity healthcare investment firm based in Mayfair, London. It was founded by Laurent Ganem in 2008. G Square invests in buy-out and growth healthcare companies in Europe. As of 2023, the firm has more than €2 billion in assets under management.
G Square invests in mid-market healthcare companies that show high potential for growth. It invests in sectors of healthcare including mental health, social care, dental care, and medical equipment. The firm does not invest in biotechnology companies. G Square acts as a lead investor and provides between €30 and €60 million of equity for each investment. As part of its investments, G Square also takes a seat on the funded company's board of directors. G Square has invested in companies including Denteam, Keys Group, Pharmacy2U, Together Dental, Duomed Group, Unicare, SARquavitae, and Mikeva.
