Focus Brands offers a variety of business consulting and development for foodservice brands and works with businesses operating in over sixty countries. They operate and franchise more than 6300 companies worldwide through the company Focus Brands and their affiliates. The company works primarily with multi-chain brands on franchising and licensing, and they connect franchisees with their network of brands while also providing support in the franchising process. Some recognizable brands that they work with are Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, Moe’s Southwest Grill, McAlister’s Deli and Schlotzsky’s, and Seattle’s Best Coffee in some locations.

Focus Brands is based in Atlanta Georgia, and is backed by Atlanta-based private equity firm Roark Capital Group. Focus has been an affiliate of Roark Capital since Focus Brands' founding in 2001. Focus Brands was founded as the umbrella company and franchise developer for Roark Capitals foodservice acquisitions, the first of which was the company Carvel in 2001.

Focus Brands has been led by CEO Jim Holthouser since February 2020. Mike Dixon is the chief financial officer and Brian Krause is the chief development officer. They have offices in Georgia, California, and San Francisco. Focus Brands employs around 3,000 people through their various subsidiaries.
