FlyCap, founded in 2013, is a fund manager with two funds under its management: "FlyCap Investment Fund I" AIF and "FlyCap Mezzanine Fund II AIF KS". Currently "FlyCap Mezzanine Fund II AIF KS" is open to provide mezzanine financing for small and medium enterprises. The firm prefers to invest in healthcare, B2B, IT and technology, environmentally friendly and export-oriented enterprises and projects reducing carbon dioxide footprint in the European Union and Latvia.

In their investments, they look to invest for up to 5 years, with a 2 year lock-in period, with a loan interest of 10% or more and scheduled principal repayment plan. Their investments are mostly focused on Latvia, with a quarter of their investments in other EU countries.
