FireVisor is a Singapore-based manufacturing technology company that utilizes manufacturing data on its platform with the intention of decreasing the occurrence of defects. Its target clientele are high-volume manufacturing firms, specifically within the solar panel industry.

The platform uses machine learning for cognitive defect detection, which allows the artificial intelligence technology to predict issues before they arise based on its continuously growing set of data. The data is also able to be analyzed to recognize trends, showing where and when problems occur within the manufacturing setting. FireVisor also has a real-time anomaly detector so that users of the platform can be notified of defects as soon as they occur.

Clients that use FireVisor can start on the platform with 200 defect images in their database. As defects occur, more information will be added to the database. The platform also has a defect relationship analysis feature, which shows when defects happen concurrently so if one defect is causing another, both can be solved.
