Edventures is a funder and operator of a network that focuses on of providing students with a hands-on learning experience. It is a funder and operator of a network of experiential learning centers throughout the Western U.S. Founded 1988 in Boise, Idaho, United States, it invests in post- IPO equity and venture rounds. Its portfolio companies include OTO English. As of February 2020, Edventures has invested in the seed round of OTO English on September 15, 2018. OTO English is an Egyptian online digital learning platform created in Cairo, Al Qahirah, Egypt that provides a wide range of specialized and general “One-to-One” courses.
