DemList LLC is an online daily political column and resource site focused on national politics, policy, and elections. DemList has produced a centralized calendar of events for Democratic presidential conventions and inaugurations since 2012. The site also produces the DemList State Pages, an interactive national calendar which offers state-by-state information on elected officials, election dates, and the US congressional calendar. DemList was founded in 2012 by Democratic political consultant Kimberly Scott, who serves as president and publisher of the organization.

DemList is a limited liability company. It relies upon public contributions and organizational sponsorships for its revenue.

DemList's history can be traced back to 2008, when Democratic political consultant Kimberly Scott created an unofficial calendar of events for the 2008 Democratic National Convention to distribute to the clients of her firm, ConklinScott. The calendar was shared by attendees and followers of the Denver Convention, leading Scott to put together a calendar for the inauguration of President Barack Obama in 2009.

In 2015, Scott expanded DemList's services, creating the year-round DemDaily column, which provides daily updates on Democratic politics. Since its full-time launch in 2015, DemList has served as a Democratic resource for the 2016 Democratic National Convention, 2020 Democratic National Convention, and the inauguration of President Joe Biden.

DemList Founder Kimberly Scott is a Democratic political consultant and veteran campaigner. Scott served as Senior Finance Advisor for the Democratic National Committee in 1996, and previously as President of Kimberly Scott & Associates. The firm specialized in consulting to progressive, pro-choice and minority Congressional candidates. Scott is a graduate of James Madison University.

In 2015, DemList launched the DemDaily political column, which covers developments in national politics, elections, and actors including Congress and the Democratic Party.

The DemList Calendar is a resource for Democratic organizers and allies to list events such as party celebrations, balls, fundraisers, forums and floor schedules during the Democratic Conventions and inaugurations. Since 2012, it has hosted the public calendar of both official and unofficial events during all Democratic national conventions, elections, and presidential inaugurations.

DemList produces DemList State Pages, an interactive national calendar which offers state-by-state information on elected officials, election dates and the US Congressional Calendar.
