The ConciergePad offers a tablet app for K-12, healthcare, and businesses. The app can be used to check-in visitors, capture visitor photos, carry out sex offender background checks, scan individuals against a “persona non grata” list, and print visitor badges wirelessly. By 2018, ConciergePad had been installed in about 250 schools throughout the US, with a price of $1,200 per year.
Schools can use the ConciergePad to screen for sex offenders, manage volunteer applications and screenings, capture early release and aftercare sign-outs, monitor a variety of student behavior including tardy for automated detentions, sign in/out both students and employees, and manage the end of day dismissal with a car line solution.
ConciergePad can be used to keep unwanted visitors out by checking them against custom no-entry lists, NDA or document signing at check-in, payment acceptance, and processing. ConciergePad partners with clients' security and compliance teams to integrate the platform into their system.
Companies of various kinds can also use ConciergePad to set up an electronic sign-in process. This can eliminate the need to track down staff members upon the arrival of a guest because they will be notified through text and email. In addition, when packages are delivered to the office, employees can be notified that they have received a delivery.
