Centerapp

The Center API is a multi-chain, non-fungible token (NFT) API that allows users to search for different NFT collections and assets. It also enables the creation of an NFT renderer that shows different NFTs. Centerapp makes use of a suite of APIs to make NFTs searchable.

Centerapp supports fourteen blockchains. The network ID is used to specify the relevant blockchain for API calls. Centerapp has two versions, and the API version supports the Ethereum Mainnet solely. There are plans to include additional chains. Waldo is the platform's NFT indexer robot. It fetches NFT metadata and media.

Centerapp's API suite includes the following:

• NFT Rendering: Render thumbnails of different NFTs, or fetch the original
• NFT Metadata: NFT metadata, both on-chain and off-chain
• Market Data: Trades, floor prices, market caps, and more
• Ownership & Transfers: Real-time ownership data
• NFT Search: Search for individual NFTs or entire collections
• Streaming Notifications: Notifications about events in real time
• Client Libraries: Open-source client libraries
• Multi-Chain Support: Indexed chains for users
• Orderbook: Bid and asks data for NFTs across marketplaces

Centerapp's V2 renderer handles more media types (audio and video) and enables users to customize media. In the V1, users were required to pick one of three media presets. With V2, users can choose precise dimensions and file kinds for NFT media, including on-the-fly media transformations.

The v2 API can be used for rendering images, animations, video, audio, and more. Users can view various media associated with a particular NFT and decide how they want to render it in their application.

Illustratively, animations can be changed to JPG before rendering. Users can track NFT ownership and find out which assets are held by specific addresses. Centerapp's API provides up-to-the-chaintip data. It also enables the retrieval of NFT asset metadata with versioning technology.
