The CXApp is a workplace experience platform for mobile and hyrbrid work environments. The application combines workplace experience features like finding a colleague, newsfeeds, workplace analytics, desk and room booking, and indoor wayfinding with integrations into other workplace applications. The CXApp is developed to help employees with connectivity, productivity, and engagement through hybrid workplaces.
CXApp went public through a reverse merger with a special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) which in this case was KINS Technology Group. Through the KINS Technology Group acquisition of CXApp Holding Copr, KINS Technology Group was shut down, and the new company was called CXApp Inc, which was brought public under the CXAI ticker symbol on the Nasdaq exchange. CXApp was acquired from Inpixon, which previously acquired Design Reactor Inc., which was known as "The CXApp," and Inpixon renamed the business unit CXApp Holding.
CXApp offers users a mobile platform for their employees intended to provide a streamlined, integrated approach to a hybrid workplace experience. The features include desk booking, to allow users to find real-time availability for employees to book workstations; room booking, to allow employees to find and book a meeting space with real-time availability and the required seating capacity and equipment; real-time mapping, to help employees navigate themselves through complex indoor office space; a location-sharing feature to allow colleagues to find each other in an office space; internal communications features to keep employees informed about upcoming news, announcements, and content, with included poll and survey capabilities; notifications and proxy messaging, to keep employees informed; general campus information, including information on amenities and reservations, an employee directory, visitor management; and a portal for facilities tickets.
