Adaface

Adaface is a conversational artificial intelligence bot that can interview potential engineer candidates for a company, similarly to a hiring manager. The stated goal is to attract more engineers to the position, tailor questions to the role, and provide granular evaluation.

The intention for the chatbot is to have it interview potential engineer employees for a company by asking relevant questions. The goal with these questions is to identify the engineer's strengths and appropriately challenge the candidate with relevant questions.Questions are often related to algorithms, architecture design, programming languages, and technical framework in addition to other topics.If the bot finds that the interviewee needs a hint, it can distribute one. It can also ask follow-up questions.

Assessments are customizeable according to what each company is seeking from their potential employees. Pre-built assessments include aptitude, Big Data, business skills, database, and data science.

There are various plans from which clients can choose. Plans include the free forever plan, the startup plan, the pro plan, and the enterprise plan. Each plan is more extensive than the prior one and is monetarily adjusted according to the services offered.
