In 2014, 12GoAsia won the category "Most impactful digital innovation" at the Digital Innovation Asia Awards.
At the end of 2017, the booking engine worked with more than 380 operators, including more than 3000 stations and received more than 33,000 customer reviews.
In April 2018, the company received its one millionth customer and their network expanded to 480 transport operators with over 250,000 daily departures.

The company offers online tickets for flights, trains, buses, ferries and taxi transfers, as well as joint cross-border routes between countries.
