#Angels is a San Francisco-based venture capital firm that has a focus on adding more women to company's capitzliation table with the intention of creating more leadership opportunities for females in the technology start-up sector. The company has the stated goal of turning those leaders into venture capital investors as well so that they can in turn invest in female-led start-up companies.
The company has a portfolio of over eighty investments as of 2019. In addition to investing, #Angels also host events where conversations about diversity, building communities, and promoting women in emerging industries take place.
